Privacy Policy

Last updated on September 24, 2026.

Welcome and thank you for using this website, provided by Computer Training & Consulting, LLC, the owner and operator of Xeene Here and the owner of the domain www.xeenehere.com, or its affiliates that provide access or links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, "CTC," "us," or "we"). By visiting or using https://www.xeenehere.com (the "Site"), you consent to the activities described in this Privacy Policy, so please read it carefully.

We take your privacy seriously, and we want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. In addition to this Privacy Policy, users of the Site should consult CTC's Terms and Conditions. By using this Site you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the activities described in this Privacy Policy and agree and acknowledge that you are subject to and bound by CTC's Terms and Conditions.

External Links

The Site contains links to other websites, social media platforms, and affiliate links. CTC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those third-party websites, platforms, or resources. To help ensure the protection of your privacy, we recommend that you review the privacy policy of any site you visit through a link from the Site.

Affiliate Links and Tracking

The Site contains affiliate and referral links. When you click an affiliate link, the affiliate network, advertiser, or merchant may set cookies or use similar technologies and may collect information about you — such as the fact that you arrived from the Site, a click or referral identifier, your device and browser information, and whether you complete a purchase — for attribution, commission tracking, and their own purposes. This collection is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing information or making a purchase.

What Information We Collect

Information we collect automatically: Anytime you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about how you access and interact with the Site. This may include:

  • The type and version of your browser, your service provider, your IP address, device ID, device type, screen resolution, and general geographic location derived from your IP address, and any search engine or other referring site you used to locate the Site;
  • User-interaction data, including clicks, taps, mouse movements, scrolling behavior, window resizing, text selections, and form inputs;
  • Diagnostic and performance data, including script errors, image loading errors, logs, page performance metrics, document sizes, page visibility, and page unload times; and
  • To the extent enabled by Microsoft Clarity (see below), HTML layout details and the content inside page elements (nodes) needed to visually replay user sessions, as described under "Session Replay and Analytics" below.

We use this information to help diagnose problems with our server, administer and secure the Site, understand and improve how visitors use the Site, measure and improve performance, personalize user experiences, and compile broad statistical data. This information allows us to determine which areas of the Site are most frequently visited and helps us tailor the Site to the needs and interests of our online visitors.

Session Replay and Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics and session-replay service provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use the Site. Our use of session replay is limited to the functionality provided by Microsoft Clarity. Through Microsoft Clarity, we (and Microsoft acting on our behalf) record how visitors interact with the Site — including the interaction, diagnostic, and performance data described above and a visual reconstruction of the page and your interactions with it — so that we can understand usability issues, diagnose errors, and improve the Site. This includes capturing HTML layout details and the content inside page elements needed to replay a session. Microsoft Clarity applies automatic masking of information entered into form fields and other sensitive on-screen content, and applies IP address anonymization, so that the session replays are not intended to capture the full content you type into forms. Where a cookie or consent banner is presented on the Site, these analytics and session-replay technologies operate in accordance with the choices you make through that banner. By using the Site, and subject to any consent choices you make, you consent to this collection and to the recording and replay of your interactions with the Site as described in this Privacy Policy. For more information, you may review Microsoft's privacy documentation for Microsoft Clarity.

Use of Cookies

CTC may use a browser feature known as a "Cookie." Cookies are small files placed on your device that help us provide you with a customized browsing experience. We may use Cookies to help make the Site more user-friendly, efficient, and secure, to remember your preferences, or to support the analytics and session replay described above. You can set your browser or operating system to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Use of Third-Party Tracking Technologies

The Site uses third-party tracking and analytics technologies, currently Microsoft Clarity, to collect behavioral and technical data generated by website visitors, as described above. These technologies may collect website session activity, including the links you click, the pages you view, the form fields you select, your interaction and device data, and (subject to the automatic masking described above) information related to fields you complete. We may use this information to analyze how the Site is used, to measure and improve Site performance, and to understand general patterns and overall visitor demand. Where a cookie or consent banner is presented on the Site, these technologies operate in accordance with the choices you make through that banner.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they "do not track" your online activities. At this time, we do not honor such signals.

Personal Information Voluntarily Provided

Any personal information you provide to us, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any messages or requests you send to us (collectively, "Personal Data"), may be used to respond to your requests, notify you about updates to the Site, and contact you. This data may also be used to tailor your experience on the Site, for internal business analysis, or to carry out other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent.

Feedback

We may provide a link or form through which you can submit feedback. We use feedback to understand and improve our content, the Site, and our services. We do not post or publish feedback publicly unless we choose to do so in our sole discretion, and if we choose to do so, we will not identify the person who provided the feedback by name.

How and Where We Store Your Information

Information we collect through the Site, including Personal Data and the data described above, is stored in the cloud by CTC and/or by service providers acting on CTC's behalf.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share the information we collect about you with third parties who we have engaged to help us provide and operate the Site. Your Personal Data may be disclosed to affiliates, contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including for website development, hosting and cloud storage, infrastructure support, and analytics. We may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our visitors, traffic patterns, and related Site information.

We may also disclose your Personal Data: (a) for any other purpose disclosed by us and to which you consented when you provided the information; (b) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (c) to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; (d) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of CTC, our users, or others; and (e) to legal, financial, and other professional advisors or in connection with the sale or reorganization of all or part of our business or operations.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change and update this Privacy Policy. Changes to this Privacy Policy become effective immediately upon the updated Privacy Policy being posted on the Site. We encourage you to examine our Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes we may have made. Your continued use of the Site after any such update indicates your agreement to the same.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect and secure data in electronic form containing personal information. That being said, CTC cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. You should understand that electronic transmissions via the internet are not necessarily secure from interception, and so we cannot absolutely guarantee the security or confidentiality of such transmissions.

We will retain your information as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request that we delete your data by contacting us as provided below. However, we may not be able to honor that request in all instances given the laws and regulations that apply to us. You can contact us through the contact information below to access and/or find out what information we have about you and to correct that information and to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible. We may not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement, or if we have a legal basis or obligation to maintain the information.
